Marilyn is a native Californian and resident of San Benito County for more than 50 years.  Born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  Attended the University of Southern California.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a part of the Real Estate community for thirty-eight years.

Past President of the San Benito Association of Realtors, Director and past committees chairman of the California Association of Realtors, and served two terms as a Director of the National Association of Realtors. Re-elected as President of the San Benito Association of Realtors 2004. SRES designation in April 2005, Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Marilyn is a member of the Hollister Rotary Club and served as President in 2002, Past President of El Torillo Chapter of Children’s Home Society, Past President of the Tri County Children’s Home Society,  Charter member of Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation, member of the Chamber of Commerce and have resided in San Benito County since January 1958.  2002-2008 served on Board of Hollister Downtown Association, President of Board in 2006-2007.

She is married to Richard Ferreira, a retired General Contractor and they have a combined family of six daughters, six grandsons, and three granddaughters.  They share a common interest in travel, movies, and we love to entertain.  Spare time is spent with the family and enjoying their grandchildren.
